Planning a Retreat

In conversation with Patrick and his team, you’ll first discuss the most relevant topics to focus on and select an appropriate setting for your retreat. From there, Patrick and his team will create a retreat experience for you, lasting anywhere from two to seven days in length. Settings for retreats include a ranch, a castle, a retreat centres in a forest, on a mountain or by the ocean.

This retreat will ground and rejuvenate each retreatant who participates. Of most importance for the retreat is that we’re not trying to cover everything from the book. And we’re not rushing through content to finish on time. Instead, we’re setting the appropriate tone and choosing where to focus our attention for the days we have together.

You’ll blend individual reflective exercises and group contemplative practices with time to walk in nature, chat, take exercise, opt for solo time, or simply sleep. Topics and conversations within the group will emerge over time and will be supported with group process facilitation. This can be a very natural, easeful way of exploring dynamics within your group, team or organization.

If you’re serious about living and leading from a place of nonattachment and contemplative presence, an embodied retreat experience is the ideal place to start.
